Hey! Thanks for visiting. My name is Angela and I love what I do. I am a mom, a wife, health coach, personal trainer and entrepreneur of 3 businesses and God has helped me come this far. Without him, I could have never come this far.
I am not perfect nor do I have the perfect body. I struggle day in and day out with keeping a healthy lifestyle. I do it for myself, my family and to hopefully inspire you. You never realize how important your health is until you lose it.
I have a big vision to help others through health, nutrition, and mindset. The vision to become a health and fitness professional came from God. He is the one who led me this way and I am so thankful. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”-Philippians 4:13
In 2010 I started training for a fitness competition and then the year of 2011, unforseen circumstances occurred. A year went by and I let my hard work slip away. I knew that I needed to get healthy so in 2012 I said that is enough. I became a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and this is what changed my family’s lives. A few years later, I decided to become a personal trainer and began my certification through Fitour. I worked at a small gym but was not able to talk about proper nutrition with my clients. I then decided to branch out on my own and start a women’s group training program called Key Intensity. I have been able to put her fitness experience and coaching experience together to help others transform their lives through health, fitness and mindset.
Angela is committed to helping others with their health and happiness.
I will be 40 this year and my mission is to inspire people around the world 40 and over to make a change through health, fitness, and mindset. It is never too late to change your life. Never. Any age, any time.
My mission is to help women achieve their best body through healthy eating, exercise and positivity. It is our responsibility to take care of the body that we have been given. Make a change today and inspire someone to do the same.
Having a Healthy Glowing Life means eating healthy, exercising, having a positive mindset, being thankful and having faith.
If you are close to turning 40 or over 40 you know how hard is to either get in shape or stay in shape. We were given an amazing body and often we fail to take care of our body. I have been working on these principles for a few years and my life has changed. I never knew how much a person could change. I used to be so scared to speak in front of people, have low self-esteem and had no energy. I remember having constant ear infections and illnesses because I failed to take of my body properly through fitness and nutrition. You can truly change your life but it takes work and it will not happen overnight.
“I’m thankful for my struggle because, without it, I would not have stumbled upon my strength.”
I am by no means perfect and eating right and exercising is a struggle day in and day out. When you concentrate on these 5 principles, your life will change. Your skin starts to glow, your attitude changes and you see yourself as a different person with a different body. You begin to grow and reach new goals. Change your life so you can inspire someone else to do the same. Make 2017 the year you will make a change.
