This is so true. If we feed our minds negative thoughts, we will have negative behaviors, negative thinking and we will resort to unhealthy ways.  If we are constantly thinking bad thoughts about our life, our health and our bodies then it will be difficult to change our ways.  It’s easier to eat healthier when we have a positive outlook and are less stressed.  Our mind is so powerful. We attract the things we think about whether good or bad. Fuel your mind with positive thoughts daily and your life and your health will flourish!
