On Friday I called a friend of mine who moved out of state. She was actually one of my first clients for health coaching and my group training business. I have not talked to her in a long time but I wanted to call her on Friday. She and I spent an hour and a half on the phone talking about life, God, business, health and family. It was a great conversation. She asked me how my business was going and I told her I was running 3 of them and studying for naturopathy. She asked me, “How do you have time for all of that?” I immediately said, I don’t really but I make it happen. What I do is so important to me. It is important to my health and it is important to help others improve their health. She asked me when I was coming to visit and I figured I would never be in her neck of the woods. I began to ponder that thought and it made me think of visiting small towns to help others improve their health. A lot of small towns are unhealthy due to lack of resources, information and food supply. I am going to set a goal to visit a small town, possibly her small town and spread health & wellness to others.
