I have been testing my ph levels and I have been slightly on the acidic side. I needed to get my body a little more alkaline to be balanced so I made this Green Smoothie this morning!
3 Cups Spinach
1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
8-10 oz. unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Pineapple
1 Cup of Ice
1/2 scoop of spirulina
Blend all ingredients together! This smoothie is not real sweet but I felt much better after I drank the smoothie!
