Our Story

We met in a yoga class years ago—four women who kept showing up to the same time slot, week after week. At first we only smiled in passing. Then we started chatting as we packed up our mats. Then, slowly, we became the kind of friends who could tell the truth.

Not the dramatic truth. The everyday truth.

The truth that wellness can get noisy. That advice can feel conflicting. That “doing everything right” still doesn’t guarantee you’ll feel good. That a healthy life has seasons—and sometimes the season is: tired, busy, and trying your best.

Our conversations kept circling back to the same question:

What actually helps, and what’s just hype?

So we began building a simple, grounded library of what we trusted—nutrition basics that feel doable, movement that supports real bodies, skincare that respects real skin, and habits that calm the nervous system instead of adding pressure.

At first it lived in shared messages and voice notes: quick ideas, small wins, reminders to eat, reminders to rest, product notes, easy recipes, the workouts that felt good the next day.

That’s how Your Healthy Glowing Life started: four friends, a shared love of feeling good without turning it into a full-time job, and a strong belief that wellness should feel supportive, realistic, and kind—not loud, extreme, or guilt-y.

We’re still those same friends. We still love a good latte. We still roll our eyes at miracle claims. We still want wellness that fits into the life we actually have. And we built this space for anyone who wants that too.
